RV Village

Our RV Village is located right at the balloon launch site, so you can catch all the action right outside your door.

We have an experienced full-time host. It is a dry site, but we do have a dump station and water available on-site.  Fresh pastries and hot drinks, as well as a full hot breakfast are available every morning just a few feet from your door.
Many Fair events occur at the launch site, to include a barbecue steak dinner and more.

Our Saturday night barbecue steak dinner includes hand-trimmed sirloin steak cooked on an oak fire, homemade salads, homemade baked beans, french bread, and ice tea or coffee. The cost is just $15.00. For more detailed information see the Saturday BBQ information page.

We can accommodate up to 250 RVs and will group clubs together, as well as friends and families. Bring your banner and set up your own mini-village.

The fee is $40.00 per RV, which is good for one night or all three nights. Include a non-refundable donation check for $40.00 payable to "Shasta Valley Serves", and send it to:

Montague Balloon Fair
C/O David Herfindahl

Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt. The RV spaces will be reserved in the order they are received. This fee is non-refundable.
